We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands social media as a brand-building discipline – not just a publishing task. This role requires strategic thinking, content planning expertise, and the ability to manage multiple premium brands with clarity and consistency.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Plan, manage, and optimize monthly content calendars across platforms
  • Oversee posting, community engagement, and brand communication
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and clients to ensure timely execution
  • Monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights
  • Maintain brand tone, visual alignment, and messaging consistency
  • Stay informed on platform trends, algorithm updates, and content formats
  • Strong understanding of Instagram-led social media strategy
  • Excellent written communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Gujarati preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently

Cinematographer

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2–6 Years (Portfolio Required)

We are seeking a Cinematographer with a strong visual language and deep understanding of light, composition, and movement. This role is for someone who can translate creative concepts into visually striking frames and elevate brand narratives through thoughtful cinematography.

You will be responsible for capturing cinematic visuals across brand films, social media campaigns, commercials, and lifestyle content.

  • Execute high-quality cinematic shoots for brand films, reels, advertisements, and campaigns
  • Plan camera setups, shot lists, and visual flow in alignment with creative direction
  • Handle lighting, framing, camera movement, and composition with precision
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, video editors, and social media teams
  • Ensure technical excellence across footage quality, exposure, and consistency
  • Manage on-site production requirements efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain and operate camera, lens, and lighting equipment
  • Strong command over cinematic camera techniques and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in professional camera systems (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras)
  • Solid understanding of lighting setups (natural & artificial)
  • Knowledge of frame rates, codecs, color profiles, and lenses
  • Experience shooting for digital-first platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Ads)
  • Ability to work with gimbals, tripods, sliders, and basic rig setups
  • Prior experience in a creative or marketing agency environment
  • A refined visual sensibility with attention to detail
  • Strong planning, coordination, and on-set leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt visual style based on brand identity
  • Portfolio showcasing cinematic, lifestyle, or commercial work
